CCC is an open access institution, which accepts all students who apply. We will work with impacted students to determine course placement and transfer credit.

CCC allows impacted individuals to take advantage of in-district tuition rates by using their Puerto Rico IDs, waiving the usual 6-month residency requirement, with evidence of immediate prior residency in a storm-impacted area.
CCC assists students in transferring their federal financial aid to CCC. CCC follows federal financial aid guidelines regarding students impacted.
Students are eligible for internal and external scholarship funds, as available, and advisors will assist students in ensuring that they can meet their financial responsibility.
CCC’s Disaster Relief Scholarship
for those displaced as a result of hurricanes Maria, Harvey, and Irene
This scholarship pays for the tuition and books of eligible students who are pursuing an advanced certificate or associate degree at CCC.

We offer non-credit courses every semester for professional development and personal enrichment.
