Having notifications sent to your phone enable you to stay current with your class.
To control how you are notified, update your profile.
If you are not not receiving confirmation codes from your cell phone, you may need to wait. Sometimes it is taking up to 24 hours to receive the codes.
If no code comes, try registering through your profile.

If your carrier is not listed, it may not be enabled within your organization or it may not be supported by D2L|Brightspace.
