You will need a Video Note. Create one in an HTML Editor using Insert Stuff or caption an existing one.

You may wish to Automatically generate captions when you are creating your Video Note.
Caption your existing Video Note
Go to the Cog besides your name ->Click Video Note Captions
Choose either to Automatically generate captions or Upload captions using a .vtt file. How to create a WebVTT file. -> Submit

A .VTT file is a “Web Video Text Track” file. It is a popular subtitle/caption file format.
