Zoom Cloud Recordings – What to do?

Delete recordings you no longer need
Download recordings you want to save for posterity
Review more options for storing and sharing recordings from Zoom’s cloud

Wrap up the fall semester

- Create a final exam in the Quizzes tool
- Remind students about missing assignments with personliazed emails sent through intelligent agents or use quicklinks in the grade item feedback to link directly to the missing learning activity.
- Create a final grade item or a calculated final grade
- Show Final Grades: How do I show final grades to students? Or how do I create a letter grade item?
- Export/Download Grades to email them to your department: How do I export grades to a file? ‎
- Check Course End Date: How do I change when the course becomes unavailable to my students?

Prepare for the start of next semester

- Look for your next semester’s assigned courses: How do I locate my courses?
- Copy your courses: How do I copy an entire Brightspace course to another?
- Clean up old content quickly through bulk editing content and Manage Dates

If you’ve already been assigned a course for Spring 2021 in CS9, you can access it now in Brightspace. New courses can be found in your course list, click on the tab for the term to easily sort.

Explore fun & effective ways to customize your course

- Change your banner or customize your homepage
- Add a welcome announcement or maybe a video note with captions
- Explore the use of ‘document templates’
- Consider using checklists to keep students on track
- Consider using different ‘completion tracking’ settings to keep students on track
